Sharing this all to common tragic situation will hopefully help you to understand that when bad hair happens Tera Lane Salon’s staff can help.

Q: Dear BamaSalons.com, I had Redken Shimmer 2 applied to color my hair yesterday at a salon and it is two shades too dark. I wanted medium blond and ended up with medium to dark brown. I want it fixed immediately. What can I do? - Michele S.
A: Dear Michele, How horrible! Listen. There is plenty you can do about this problem. Depending on the texture of your hair and the degree to which you want to lighten it are important factors that really need to be considered first and foremost! We recommend you call and make an appointment for a corrective color service…Don’t try and fix your hair color at home! We suggest you trust Morgan McNeal at Tera Lane Salon and Spa with blond hair coloring services. She and her fellow master hair colorists have serious experience with coloring people’s hair to blond perfection PLUS…Morgan and several of her colleagues have blond hair themselves.
You can reach Morgan McNeal and other qualified hair colorists at Tera Lane Salon at (205) 248-2244. Good Luck and let us know how it goes. We know everything will work out just fine if you go with these pros.
